Donor Portal FAQs

  • If you registered before September 2025, yes. This new donor portal is designed to make your giving experience easier and more transparent. This new system will allow you to securely manage your account, view your giving history including offline giving, and update your information anytime.

  • No. If you are a recurring donor, your gift has already been transferred to the new system. We simply ask that you log in, create a password, and confirm your information.

  • No. Once you sign up with an email address it will be used for that account going forward. If you wish to use a different email address, you can create a new account but the giving associated with the old email address will stay with the old account.

  • Yes. Your past giving has been carried into the new system so you can see a complete record of your support.

  • In most cases, no action is needed. If there are any issues with your payment method, we’ll contact you directly.

  • You may continue giving the same way. The new portal simply provides a convenient option to review your giving history and access receipts online.

  • Yes. The portal uses industry-standard encryption and security features to ensure your information is safe.

    For all gifts sent by mail, please include the following information:

    Your full name
    Your address
    Phone number
    Email address
    Name and account number of the project or staff member you would like your gift directed to, if applicable.

  • Your bank may have an option to set up an automatic bill pay service. You’ll need to log in to your online banking service to set this up.

    Typically, the only information you will need is Crescent Project’s mailing address:

  • Please contact us to get Crescent Project’s Employer Identification Number to provide your DAF representative and ask them to mail your donation to:

    Please ask your DAF representative to include your name and address along with the name and account number of the project or staff member you would like your gift directed to, if applicable.

  • If you are 70 ½ or older, you can give a portion of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) directly to Crescent Project as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) as long as certain rules are met.

    If you would like to donate from your IRA, simply contact your IRA plan administrator, and inform them you want to make a charitable gift to Crescent Project. Contact us for Crescent Project’s Employer Identification Number.

    They will provide you with the forms required to do so. Some administrators have simplified the process even further, providing individuals with checks you can write out for qualified charitable distributions directly from your account.

    All QCD’s should be made payable to Crescent Project and mailed to:

    Please ask your IRA plan administrator to include your name and address along with the name and account number of the project or staff member you would like your gift preferenced for.

    Please note: Often times IRA checks do not include this information. To assure your gift is preferenced per your intentions, please contact us with the specific details of your gift:

    * Your name and contact information

    * Gift size

    * Name of IRA plan administrator

  • Matching gift programs are a type of corporate giving program that allows companies to match donations made by their employees. This includes gifts of all types: check, credit card, EFT, non-cash, bill pay, and stock.

    Please contact your Human Resources department to determine if your employer offers an employee matching gift program and if Crescent Project meets the qualifications. If so, checks should be mailed to:

Stock / Mutual Fund

Crescent Project has partnered with StockDonator.com to simplify your gift of stock and/or mutual funds. StockDonator provides a secure, fast, and simple web enabled service.

Contribute via StockDonator

If you would prefer to use a more traditional non-automated service and initiate the stock transfer directly with your brokerage, please contact our accounting department.
