Nik Ripken is the world's leading expert on the persecuted church in Muslim contexts. Nik and his wife Ruth are missions veterans of over 30 years, having served primarily Muslim communities in North Africa and the Middle East. He is the author of The Insanity of Obedience and the best-seller The Insanity of God, which has since been turned into a documentary film. Nik and Ruth passionately share lessons and inspiration from the persecuted church with believers in the west, and have interviewed more than 600 Muslim-background believers in 72 countries.
Noushi was born in Iran to a Muslim family. After accepting Christ in 1985 she devoted her life to sharing of His goodness through her story. Noushi serves as a national teacher on Islam as it relates to women. She and her husband have led home churches for 20 years and she recently “gave birth” to a Persian house church community.
Christian illusionist Zak Mirzadeh has spent the last four years honing his skills for one specific purpose: capturing the attention of his generation in order to share the Good News of Jesus. Zak captivates audiences while illuminating the grace of God through his powerful and redemptive story of conversion from a practicing Muslim to a follower of Jesus.
Born and raised in the war zone of Beirut, Fouad founded Crescent Project out of a passion for sharing the love of Christ with Muslims. He has trained thousands of Christians to sensitively share their faith with Muslims through both the Bridges Seminar and Sahara Challenge training programs. He has served as a guest instructor at several universities and Christian ministries. He is producer of the DVD Study, Bridges: Christians Connecting with Muslims and the author of Is the Injeel Corrupted? He holds an M.A. in Islamic Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.
